Service Agreement

Farm2Table connects local food producers (Sellers) with consumers (Buyers) across Nigeria. By using our platform you agree to these terms.

For Sellers

Commission: Farm2Table charges a 5% platform fee on each sale, deducted from payouts.

Payouts: Request via dashboard. Bank details required. Processed within 1–3 business days after delivery confirmation.

Listings: You are responsible for accurate descriptions, pricing, unit types, and maintaining correct stock levels at all times.

For Buyers

Payments: Processed securely via Paystack. All prices are in NGN and charged by quantity/unit as listed.

Logistics: Delivery is coordinated between the buyer, seller, and assigned dispatch rider. Track all orders via the Track Order page using your order reference.

General

We reserve the right to modify these terms or suspend accounts that violate our policies. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
