• To process and fulfill orders between buyers and sellers.
• To send order confirmations, dispatch notifications, and delivery updates by email.
• To process seller payouts via bank transfer.
• To investigate disputes and provide customer support.
• To send important platform announcements.

Information Sharing

• Sellers receive buyer email, phone, and delivery address solely to fulfil orders.
• Dispatch riders receive delivery address and buyer contact for delivery only.
• Paystack processes payments; we share your email and order amount with them.
• We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

Data Security

All passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt. Payments are handled by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant processor. All data in transit is protected by SSL/TLS encryption.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and CSRF tokens for form security. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
