Browse our products, select the item you need, choose your quantity, enter your delivery address, and pay securely via Paystack. You will receive an email confirmation with your order reference immediately.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers, through Paystack — our secure payment processor. All transactions are in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Click 'Track' in the navigation bar or visit the Track Order page. Enter your order reference number (sent to your email) to see your real-time delivery status, including rider details once dispatched.

Orders can only be cancelled before a seller accepts them. Once processing has begun, cancellations must be handled by contacting Farm2Table support. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Delivery times depend on the seller's location and your address. Most sellers dispatch within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. You will receive an email notification with rider contact details once your order is dispatched.

After an order is marked as delivered, sellers can request a payout directly from their dashboard. Farm2Table deducts a 5% platform fee, and the net amount is transferred to the seller's registered bank account within 1–3 business days.

Each seller is responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, including any organic or certification claims. If you have specific questions about a product, you can use the buyer notes field at checkout to ask the farmer directly.

Click 'Register' in the navigation bar and select the 'I'm a Farmer' tab. Fill in your farm name, location, a short bio, and your bank account details for payouts. Once registered, you can start listing products immediately from your dashboard.

Yes. All payments are processed exclusively by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Farm2Table never stores your card number, CVV, or any sensitive payment information.

Farm2Table charges sellers a 5% commission on every completed order to cover platform maintenance, payment processing, and support services. This fee is automatically deducted from payout amounts — buyers are not charged any additional fees beyond the listed product price.
