Refund Policy
Our Commitment
Farm2Table is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are granted.
Eligible for Refund
- Order was paid but never confirmed or processed by the seller within 48 hours.
- The wrong product or quantity was delivered.
- The product was significantly different from the listing description.
- Damaged or spoiled goods at the point of delivery (photographic evidence required).
- Duplicate payment or charge error confirmed by Paystack.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after order has been dispatched.
- Minor natural variations in weight or appearance of fresh produce.
- Delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control (traffic, weather, third-party logistics).
- Orders where the buyer provided an incorrect delivery address.
How to Request a Refund
Email opejeremiah@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order reference number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs of the product where applicable
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method. Farm2Table's 5% platform fee is non-refundable unless the refund is due to a platform error.
