Refund Policy

Our Commitment

Farm2Table is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are granted.

Eligible for Refund

  • Order was paid but never confirmed or processed by the seller within 48 hours.
  • The wrong product or quantity was delivered.
  • The product was significantly different from the listing description.
  • Damaged or spoiled goods at the point of delivery (photographic evidence required).
  • Duplicate payment or charge error confirmed by Paystack.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after order has been dispatched.
  • Minor natural variations in weight or appearance of fresh produce.
  • Delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control (traffic, weather, third-party logistics).
  • Orders where the buyer provided an incorrect delivery address.

How to Request a Refund

Email opejeremiah@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order reference number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product where applicable

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method. Farm2Table's 5% platform fee is non-refundable unless the refund is due to a platform error.
